Ahh, bugs! Please give as much information as you can. Describe everything you can about how we can reproduce the bug on our own. What pages on our site were you using? What data did you enter, etc. We try to work fast on bug reports, although we probably won’t be able to reply to you.

Have you noticed anything wrong in OkCupid's text? We’re interested in everything from an FAQ answer that’s no longer true to a grammar or spelling mistake. Note that user-submitted tests belong to the authors, though, not us.

If any of our e-mails to you don’t arrive (mail notifications, lost password, weekly newsletter, etc.), please let us know! First check your settings page and confirm you should be getting that notification. In your note to us, let us know which e-mail address you expected to receive the notice(s), and whether they're not coming at all or getting marked as spam.

Please don't complain about users here. Flag their profile, journal, or picture, and we'll handle it faster. Messages complaining about users will be logged, but we'll probably not read them for a while.

We're sorry! We hate them too! Please give as much information as you can. Describe everything you can about where the ad came from (what site, what url)? What did it do (talk to you, beep, pop up, play video)? What pages on our site were you using when it appeared? We'll do our absolute best to find and banish bad ads. Thanks for your help.

Don't forget to check the FAQ. We'll log your help request and learn from it, but being free, we don't have a customer service dept. Please tell us what's not clear about the site. Perhaps other users could help you? OkCupid has a very active community.
