| | La-Ritournelle Nov 21, 2012 well, thats hard to describe its certainly got an interesting texture the taste is blander than turkey, but not unpleasant it tastes like sage and soy sauce, cuz thats how its prepared but when its done up right with all the fixins and side dishes, you dont really care, and it just kinda works together cheers |

I got my turkey yesterday. It was slaughtered on Saturday. Never frozen, of course. I have to rinse it off every day because it's still bleeding a little. Gonna be nom.
