| trish6912 Nov 7, 2012 They need to get rid of the religious fringe wacko element first of all.
Then they need to realize most people don't think the poor rich people are really suffering all that much.
| belialx90 Nov 7, 2012 I think there should be a viable third party by the next election. One that can win a majority and has popular support. | |
| _Username_Here_ Nov 7, 2012 There is no majority to win. That's an illusion. America is more polarized than ever before, and with the Internet allowing everyone to go find their own facts to go with their opinions its only going to become more polarized. | |
| Chaeddd Nov 7, 2012 I think they should find a republican governor of a battleground
state who is popular enough with the people of his state that they
will vote for him even if he is not a democrat. Make him their next
nominee. Cancell their primaries for 2016* and all the republicans
can register as democrats and vote in the democrat primaries for
the worst democrat, i.e. someone who is so unelectable he will be
easy to beat. Tell their candidate to be a moderate on every issue.
Use all the money they have spent during the primaries on
advertising that attacks the democrat nominee. *the excuse could be
that the new computerized voting machines make so many mistakes
that their results can't be trusted.

That. If the political right wants to be taken seriously by people with functional brains, they need to divorce themselves from the religious right.
| DrGeniusWiener Nov 7, 2012 Pick a better candidate next time.
Just a thought. | |
| _Username_Here_ Nov 7, 2012 Lay off the social issues. Those are a guaranteed loser for them. They should set the Christian right out to pasture. | |
| trish6912 Nov 7, 2012 who says it needs to survive? They could just split it up into the Religious Wing-nut Party and the Thurston Howell Party. And the NRA Party. | |
| Side--Effect Nov 7, 2012 Perhaps if they started to deliver on their promises of less government and less spending instead of doing the opposite. Consider the borders. Lots of new border guards and border jails to house the illegals. That gov't expansion. Consider the TSA. Providing security for the airline industry. That's gov't expansion. Consider the Dept of Homeland security. That's a whole new level of bureaucracy. That's gov't expansion. Consider all of the anti-abortion measures that they are passing. That's gov't intrusion. Consider the Patriot Act, FISA, NDAA, etc, all originated with the Republicans. That gov't intrusion. Consider all of the military spending that they refuse to cut even though the wars are ending. That's BIG spending. Basically stop lying and saying it's the other guys fault. Start owning what they represent: big government and big spending. Then stop doing it.

| Chaeddd Nov 7, 2012 Ladies, notice, my suggestions are way better than the other guys. | |
| smashingmayo Nov 7, 2012 They should do nothing. Atheists are the wackos. It's better to
lose and be right than win and be going to hell. Also they can
continue to win anyway because the only reason they lost these last
two is because of shaming white people into believing theyw ere
racist if they didn't vote for the black guy. Next time there will
be kno black guy and thus an easy win for the right. Notice thwe day after the election the people who are smartest about the economy showed what they think of Obama as the stock market took a huge dive. I smiled. I can't wait for Obama to destroy the liberal middle class and send them to the streets. I know liberal are always wondering "how can we change to win", but the "good people" sdon't do that. They don't compromise their values and lie and flip flop like Obama and Clinton. They stick to their correct principles. Then if the country is destroyed, as it soon wil be under Obama and a liberal supremecourt, ten at least you know you took no part in i and thus you can laugh at their misfortune.
| MsOtis Nov 7, 2012 They should hire Mayo as their PR man. He'll set everyone straight, and no one will be confused about what the candidate represents. | |
| adorant Nov 8, 2012
| |
| smashingmayo Nov 8, 2012 Just ehard Romney not only wont he male vote, he won the married
female vote as well. So basically single women, aka whores, are who
got him elected.

| trish6912 Nov 8, 2012 I think it was really cool of all those billionaire Repubs to give soooo much of their money to the TV stations over the summer and fall:) | |
| rip59 Nov 8, 2012 Categorrically sounds more like a libertarian everyday. Good. People need to make $ ; and a lot of it. Government needs to facilitate that opportunity. It's not happening with the two party system. Young folks need the green more than anyone. The two party system has alienated the younger generation more than any other demographic. The dems offer nothing more than hand-outs and scapegoating. The republicants have alienated small business as well by favoring corps. Simply put, we need the freedom to make $ and not ursurp it from someone else. Clearly, Wall St. was not pleased yesterday. Don't occupy Wall St. beat them at their own game. Between barry's re-debacle and the fiscal cliff approaching, my only advice. Find a niche. Make $; alot of it. Disenfranchise. GO CASH ONLY. Abolish the IRS. Go underground. Stash guns and $. Invest heavily in land and precious metals. Taxation is the slavery of the 21st century. Seek financial freedom from socialist regimes and dictatorships. Get the Green!!! Be self reliant!!!! How can the republicants get into the game? Same way as the dems, LET US KEEP WHAT WE HAVE WORKED FOR. Financial incentive is the only answer. | |
| Miss-Music Nov 8, 2012 "You know your party is in trouble when people ask "Did the rape guy win?" and you have to ask "Which one?" -Alec Baldwin | |
| trish6912 Nov 8, 2012 Lol!! | |
| MsOtis Nov 8, 2012
Because, the Right does not Vote for Black people, according to this logic, or nominate them for President. There will be no black candidate for the Right, according to Mayo. And, supposedly, no black candidate for the Democrats. Of course, there was only one African American who could run for President, and since he's already at the White House, the Republicans don't have to worry about a different one be nominated for the next election. Because, then there'd be that whole shaming of us white folks to vote for her or him again to contend with. (Hmm, there could be a winning strategy in that idea for the Dems.) Meanwhile, pretty racist of you, Mayo. Also, "kno" should be "no."
Although the majority of Americans think we are headed in the wrong direction, the democrats were able to edge out the republicans.
