I need to buy new batteries for my vibrator. Using a cucumber I've warmed in the microwave is only a temporary solution, and I really don't feel like eating the cucumber afterwards.

Shouldn't you have a stock of batteries? For I do. They come from Ikea, you know: and their price is so low that it can be embarrassing to buy them. Regardless, those clocks tick on: the seconds hand bounces to a stop; and then, pushed on again. But one day, they'll turn smoothly. The vacuum hums

^ You would think that I would, considering how often I masturbate. Not very proactive of me. Just one more little thing about myself that needs changing! ;-)

Also, rechargeable batteries are a good investment, along with a recharger of course.

Recommend any good brands? I bought rechargeable Energizers w/ charger a few years ago and think they're crap. Very disappointed in those.

I think the last few years have seen ongoing improvements. If you buy new rechargeable batteries I think you'll find they hold their power longer, or at least you could do a comparison test with the old ones.

Energizer and Duracell are the main brands you're likely to see. It's worth comparing the different models of rechargers by the same brand, if you can find a store with a bigger electronics section. You'll find some are more powerful than others, some take 8 hours to charge, some can do it in 15 minutes. The price usually reflects this.

Check on the package for the charging times, there's usually a green horizontal bar indicating how many hours they take to charge.

They'll have different names like Basic Charge for the cheaper slower ones, and Rapid Charge or Super Charge for the faster ones.
