So I'm thirty
I got called out
several times during the last jazz band rehearsal (because I am
new) to stand in front of the group and answer questions about the
piece and sing back whatever solo the sax player just played etc.
In my early 20's I would have hated it.
My failures:
Story one: I had been conversing with a what appeared to be
attractive girl in San Francisco in her late 20's. ... I took her to her favorite Thai place and home
again, had good conversation and all that jazz, and I was pretty
happy with it.

Do you feel like you were born in the wrong time?
I have always been told I have an old soul, at times I believe this
notion :) I do not mind the era I was born in, but if I had a time
machine I would probably be hanging out in a some smokey roaring
20's bar in Chicago right now as a flapper, listening to some jazz
from some of the best.
