I had finished reading "The Black Jewels" trilogy and looking for other similar fantasy to read. One of the lists, entitled "Fantasy with Strong Female Lead Characters" listed The Black Jewels trilogy as well as the Twilight series (going so far as to describe it as this dark and epic romance), so
I can glide through a black tie event with grace and confidence. However, I tend to spill things. I have a weakness for jewels and shoes.
