Manual or automatic?

Comment by CatWhisperer42

I can tell how fast I'm going without glancing at the speedometer by where the clutch is and the sound of the motor. I don't want the car to be moving forward until/unless I use the accelerator. For parallel parking on hills, I don't have to actually change gears, just push in the clutch and drift.

the question would have been written, "Do you know how to clutch something?" However, cause they said "a clutch", it causes it to be an object at that point. Meaning that "a clutch", as far as I know, could only relate to a car. So hell yeah I know how a clutch works, I'm a mechanic and I race.

that it makes the noise when you push in the clutch (that is, when the clutch is DISengaged) and never when your foot is off the pedal.
