cross over from some other genre—there are very, very few pure Folk
Metal bands. There is a lot of crossover with Viking Metal, and the
two are often found together, but not always. So if a band uses
Folk influences they can be described as a Folk Metal band,
Folk Metal / Folk Punk, and what I want to be
Folk Metal (or punk, lately) is what I call the stuff I'm doing in
the last few years. You'd have to hear it to understand, I think.
The "folk" part is because I do most of it on acoustic.
