I used to play kids monopoly all the time when I was a kid and we'd
finish that and I'd win a lot too, that was great. But, real

reasonable substitutes that can be had instead of the good in
question. For luxury goods, even "nothing" is a reasonable

If you own the only copper mine,
you can be a monopoly. ... you can never
really achieve a meaningful status as a monopoly. If you
make it hard for competitors to develop (i.e. form alliances with
smelters and distriutors to exclude other corporations) you have a
monopoly.
