One remarkable thing

of Reckoning. Yeah that's it. Or the live in Toronto

REM was one of those really important bands for me. in the
80s it was REM and U2 for me, as far as big bands go. nothing else
mattered. REM still matters, as it turns out (so does U2, but
that's another entry). ... that is not the case for REM.

nightmares can truly be a scary ordeal, in my experience
sometimes the fright lasting days, REM (or Rapid-Eye-Movement)
sleep is absolutely necessary for human survival. REM sleep is the
state in which we humans dream. If people are deprived of REM sleep
for too long their health can begin to fail.

About REM, actually that is not
true. You are getting whatever you need, people can get to REM
phase in 5-10 minutes after falling asleep, and the best REM phase
sleep is that at the beginning of our sleep, not towards the end.
