Neuromancer by William Gibson is still deemed the definitive cyberpunk novel and Tower of Glass by Robert Silverberg is great. I would also highly recommend Orson Scott Card's 'Ender' quadrilogy, but it depends what your looking for, Card is very anthropological, Gibson more technophilic, Dick's

Well, gibson is just what popped into my head first. :P I do like his books though but then, I also like Peirs Anthony, Weis/Hickman, Orson Scott Card, and some of Neal Stephenson.I think you're going to be voted "Most Lkely to be Reading William Gibson"!
