psychiatrists are willing to diagnose disorders that have no medical basis, and which are not even well-defined enough to be considered disorders (like Asperger's, for example), they are quacks. A person with a degree in medicine diagnosing someone with Asperger's syndrome is guilty of malpractice.

it is classified as a spectrum disorder, and contains things like Asperger's Syndrom, Rett's Syndrom, and PDD-NOS.Uh, no, Asperger's syndrome is a totally separate condition from autism. A person can be "diagnosed" with Asperger's syndrome without also having a basis for being diagnosed with autism.
