4 quick-n-dirty movie reviews - and an observation
It reminded me of a lot of
chick flicks I have been forced to watch over the years. Which got
me thinking on the basic differences between a "chick flick" and a
"dude flick": The typical dude flick jumps into the action, with
little dialog beyond what is necessary, each action scene improving
on

a 'chick flick'. I tend to
see those as the film equivalent of 'chick lit', and I can't stand
those books (or the films). This film is one where the central
characters are women, but I don't think that is the defining
characteristic of a chick flick. It's like saying Hellboy II was a
dick flick
