I thought I should post something about my adventures in Culinary
Arts school, especially since it makes up a great deal of my
profile.

It seems that these days fewer and fewer women cook, noting some
sort of feminist revolution wherein they must eat out for every
single meal, unless it's a TV dinner. What the hell? The first time
I noticed this was 8 years ago, when my english teacher (a female)

Essay 4: Career
So
when I discovered the culinary program at FCCJ I knew it was a
perfect fit. I am enrolling in the program this fall. One thing I
love about the culinary arts field is that there are so many
different jobs it makes my head spin.
Hmmmm...
I certainly hope this is grooming for
taking over the Language Arts teaching position next year because
I'd prefer not to be the Culinary Arts/Computers teacher.
At the "Middle East" restaurant today...
Hopefully they were better at the culinary arts than geography,
history and linguistics :-)
