two-week cycle:upper body: 3x weightlifting, 5x 30-40m swimming, 1-2x couple hours rowing (usually)lower body: 3x weightlifting, 2x 30m general cross training, 3x 30m VO2max-boost (get to 80% max heart rate and bump to 90% every few minutes), 10-60m cycling whenever I feel like it plus commuting
