My brain is like a wheeled, wooden palette loaded with

found in middle eastern stores 2 table spoons olive oil 1 clove of
garlic 1 table spoon lemon juice Empty half of the water from the
can , keep half of it. Garbanzo beans in water, garlic, tahini and
lemon juice all go in the blender

Home-cooked chickpeas are soo much better than
canned garbanzo beans. They have a nice flavor, not the canned
beans mushy blandness.

protein is found in meat-beef, turkey, fish--dairy
products--milk, cheese--all sorts of beans--garbanzo beans, kidney
beans, black beans, soybeans, and pretty much any other kind of
beans you can think of.
