Master Donal encouraged me to
do some research on its use in home brewing, and what I discovered
has convinced me to try it in the future.

perfect for brewing the lightest and crispest of the lagers.

takes a lot of expensive equipment that I do not have, but brewing
Wine and Mead I can easily do. Wine is something I've always loved,
but the problem with making your own is that there's only so much

Ok some home brew questions... I tend to get a live yeast or wild
yeast flavor. Is that typical of all home brew or is there
something I should do differently. ... gallon glass

@Nicole! do that shit. it's cheaper than buying beer once you get
the tools all set up. you can make 5 gallon batches of any beer you
could imagine in your kitchen easily and can be drinking it weeks
later. keep brewing, maybe get extra fermentation buckets
