rice will be soggy. Leave the rice in the pot for 10 minutes off
the heat. After 10 minutes you can remove the lid and eat the rice.

Basically put rice ... rice. As for the
right way to cook it. Boil it on low, then turn it down really low
and let it simmer. Rice burns really easily. I've been cooking rice
almost all my life, it becomes a second nature really. The way you
