i dont know what it is, but some women just

Lessons: Stir Fries Chinese Style Years ago in my
hippie days, I learned how to cook Chinese food from a Chinese lady
who called herself Wingbow at a Rainbow Gathering campfire. She
managed to cook a Chinese dinner for 50 on a campfire. The basic

mince, chocolate ice cream, ground coffee, wholegrain waffles,

Stir fries are fast and can be quite yummy ,,veggies...chicken or
tofu,stir fried in some sauce,,eaten in a tortilla.

I do OK in the kitchen,
particularly with various stir-fries, but have never been happy
with the all-too-small gas burners of standard household stoves,
which simply do not heat the entire wok as should be.

It is possible for a vegan to eat
pasta dishes, baked potatoes, salads, stir fries, sandwiches, etc.
No matter where you go, in any small town, a vegan can dine in any
restaurant. They can have a 'lettuc and tomato' sandwich, or
spaghetti and salad or french fries, etc.

I've been a bit more experimental
with pineapple since having it, such as in my stir fries to great
success.

Step 4: stir vigorously.Step 5: place
