love with stir-fry.  There's a place called Pang Thai near me that, along with sushi and other traditional dishes, lets you build your own bowl of stir-fry.  You pick your protein, your rice or noodles and then head to the bar to pick your vegetables, sauces, and spices.  They fry it

Stir fry cut onions and cut bell peppers, add salt, curry, cumin and curcuma, fry at well, make careful that they don't burn.

Redice heat to medium-high, fry chicken on both sides until cooked (about 4-5 mins per side).Remove chicken from pan, set aside.Add 2 tbsp salted butter to pan, and allow to melt.Add 2 cloves of garlic, crushed.  Stir-fry garlic until it is soft.Add tomatoes to pan, and stir-fry for a minute.

maybe) Let the pieces cook a bit and stir then cook somemore, repeat till all the liquid is gone. The vegies will retain most of the crispness and the meat will cook real well. The flavor will come from the spices you add, I like ginger and cinamon in stir fry with soy sauce and some spicy mustard.

Second the stir-fry option. There are so many easy and quick Thai and Chinese meals you can knock up in 15 mins. If you marinade the chicken just before you put it in the fridge even better. Or you can do a spicy stir-fry and then throw in some pre-prepared Indian sauce and let it simmer for 10
