Roleplaying games and games in general. I like nothing more than sitting around a table and spending hours upon hours playing games. I do enjoy video games and Internet games but nothing beats interacting with real humans around a table.
My chief hobby is roleplaying games, I'm not into Live-Action (you know, where you dress up). I just enjoy sitting around a table with my friends, and joining are creative noggins together to bullshit a fun story for an evening.

At a certain point, RTS's started to bore me and i went
looking for more adrenaline-pumping games... There started My
Counter-Strike Era. At a later time of my life I got into Live
action roleplaying games, which consistantlly took me into
Table-top Roleplaying games.
Reminiscing
a fair amount of roleplaying

games, RPG's and MMORPG's (Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying

etc.) would tend to refer to themselves as gamers, and call people
who play videogames exclusively "videogamers. ... kind

I don't know about table top games. I think the reason I've
subconsciously developed a preconceived notion about table top
gamers is probably due to what I saw in my freshman year at a

Play by
post games are great for playing whenever you have time to spare
during the day and week and let you satisfy that writing bug that
everyone has. Of course, I am in a table top game also but it's not
D&D because one ... a good group, the system is not "quite" as important as the
roleplaying.
