FINALLY started back weight training so I'm at the gym or workin out as much as i can.

is funny when people do not believe me when I tell them my weight because I weigh more than I look, but I am not fat. I am constantly training and weightlifting. I compete in the heavy weight division of my martial arts. Most people weigh 240 pounds, but I maintain my football weight of 290 pounds.

So with my hobbies that keep me sitting for hours, I break away and kick my own butt with weight lifting.Gymnastics , body weight training, and kettlebells are my main focus.

Weight loss will always result in the loss of some muscle, which is why you have to do weight training if you don't want to end up as a sack of bones and loose fat and with the metabolism of a dead fish.

it harder to lose weight because you're metabolism will slow down, thinking that you're body is starving. Weight training does require a different amount of different foods (eg: protein) after the workouts, but it doesn't necessarily make you lose weight, instead it's usually to maintain weight.
