No human expression can really shock me, though I am angered by violence and wilful harm as well as wilful ignorance and the harm that it causes.

You could accuse him of wilful deception and lying if he didn't believe in God himself. However, that's not the case. The most you can put against him is ignorance, and then only assuming you're the one that knows the truth.

After all ignorance of the law does not protect you from punishment, not so?Actually with the right mindset and lawyer, a lawsuit like that can be turned around on the individual that did not wear a seat-belt in the vehicle.Wilful damage of private property comes to mind.
