OFFICIAL RULES

This promotion is comprised of both a contest and a random drawing sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" and the "Contest" may collectively be referred to as the "Contest") and is intended for viewing and participation in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not enter if you are not a resident of one of the 48 contiguous U.S. or D.C. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Instagram, Vine, or OkCupid.com, nor are any of them associated with the Promotion in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, and not to Twitter, Instagram, Vine, or OkCupid.com.

  1. Entry and Judging Periods:

    Entry Period Starts February 10, 2014 at 12:00:00 PM Central Time ("CT") and ends February 21, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM CT. First Tier Judging Period is February 10-22, 2014, and Second Tier Judging Period is March 3-5, 2014.

  2. Eligibility:

    The Contest is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Nebraska and Alabama, 21 in Mississippi and 18 years of age or older everywhere else) at the time of Entry, and have a Twitter, Vine, or Instagram account ("Entrant"). If you don't have a Twitter, Vine, or Instagram account, you must create one in order to enter. Twitter, Vine, and Instagram accounts are free; visit www.twitter.com, https://vine.co/, and www.instagram.com for details.). Potential winners may also be subject to a background check, per Section 7 below. Group submissions will not be permitted and will be considered ineligible. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: any person who, at any time on or after February 10, 2014, was or is a director, officer, employee or agent of Pizza Hut, Inc. ("Sponsor") or its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees, or service agencies, independent contractors, web hosting or service or fulfillment providers (collectively, the "Contest Entities") and persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any such persons regardless of where they live, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether related or not. Persons who are members of any performance guild or who are under contract with any person or entities that would prohibit them from granting the rights set forth herein in connection with their Entry and/or entering into an agreement with Sponsor without additional compensation are also not eligible to enter or win. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Contest Entities are not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Contest or the selection of winners. Void where prohibited.

  3. How To Enter and upload your Video Clip (Entry Submission Period):

    During the Contest Period, visit www.twitter.com or www.instagram.com, log-in or create a Twitter or Instagram account and follow @pizzahut. Creating a Twitter or Instagram Account is free but is subject to Twitter, Vine, and Instagram’s Terms of Service (http://twitter.com/tos) (https://vine.co/terms) (http://instagram.com/legal/terms/). Your account settings must allow for all of your posts to be public and thus viewable by Sponsor and its agents. During the Contest Period, Pizza Hut will ask fans to tweet a vine or submit an Instagram video of their own original creation describing to Pizza Hut how they would propose to Pizza Hut in the most creative way possible (for example, with bears on a unicycle, parachuting with fireworks, using ninjas, etc.) by tagging the post #CommitToGreatness and @PizzaHut. Tweet a Vine or post an Instagram video including #CommitToGreatness hashtag and include @pizzahut handle in your Tweet. You will be automatically entered for judging (an "Entry"). Eligible Entrants can enter only once during the Contest Period. Potential winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on criteria defined in Section 6 of these Official Rules on or about February 22, 2014 and notified via Twitter Direct Message or Instagram Direct Post from @pizzahut. Tweeted Vines and Instagram posts may not be indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or libelous or contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, or disparage Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest, or contain material that is unlawful in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant where it finds the content of the Tweeted Vine or Instagram video to be unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules, all in its sole discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter, Vine, or Instagram handle or profile. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter, Vine, or Instagram handles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Twitter, Vine, or Instagram handle used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

    Sponsor’s decisions with respect to whether an Entry complies with these Official Rules are final and binding. The Entrant who submits the Entry, including all required information, must hold all rights, title, and interest in the Entry (as more completely set forth below). Entrants may be required to provide documentation in a form acceptable to Sponsor evidencing such rights and interest if so required by Sponsor. Each Entry may be screened by a representative of the Sponsor for compliance with these Official Rules. Entries that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules may not be acknowledged or posted and may be automatically disqualified, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

    Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Submitting an Entry constitutes an Entrant’s consent to participate in this Contest and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer his/her name, address, and other information for the purpose of administering and promoting this Contest and in compliance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, found at http://www.pizzahut.com/privacypolicy.html.

    As conditions of Contest participation, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Sponsor and other participants have access to and/or may create literary, film, tape and/or other materials, ideas and concepts which may be similar or identical to the Entrant’s Entry, ideas and/or concepts; (b) the Entrant will not be entitled to any compensation or other consideration because of the use by Sponsor or any other participant of such similar or identical material, ideas and/or concepts; and (c) Sponsor’s or other participant’s use of material containing elements similar to or identical with those contained in the Entrant’s Entry shall not obligate Sponsor to negotiate with nor entitle Entrant to any compensation or other claim.

    By submitting an Entry, each Entrant warrants and represents that his/her Entry: (a) is Entrant’s original work, (b) has not been previously published, (c) has not won previous awards, (d) does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity (as more fully set forth in the Submission Requirements below), (e) that publication or other use by Sponsor of the Entry via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party rights; and (f) otherwise complies with these Official Rules. Entrant will indemnify and hold Released Parties (as defined below) harmless from and against any and all claims to the contrary and any demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs or expenses brought against or suffered or incurred by the Released Parties, or any of them arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Entrants in this Contest, or the use, in whole or in part, by any Released Party of any Entry (or portion thereof) submitted by the Entrants in this Contest.

    In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

  4. Submission Requirements:

    1. All Entries:

      1. Must be the original creation of the Entrants submitting them, and may not be based in whole or in part on the work of any other person or entity (Entries may be verified for originality at the Sponsor’s discretion);

      2. Must not have been previously published or accepted for publication;

      3. Must not, as determined in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, incorporate any elements of Entries previously submitted by other Entrants to the Contest and posted on the Website;

      4. Must not, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than the Sponsor’s;

      5. Must not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights;

      6. Must be suitable for display and publication in all media formats, including but not limited to television and the internet;

      7. Must be in English.

    2. In addition, Entries:

      1. Cannot contain music, either original to Entrant or otherwise;

      2. Cannot be sexually explicit or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity;

      3. Cannot show or promote cruelty, harm, abuse or exploitation of animals or humans;

      4. Cannot utilize live animals unless the Entrant has obtained the consent of such animal’s owner and an affidavit from the animal owner or wrangler that the animal was not harmed in the making of the Entry (nor should animal be depicted in any way that suggests it is being harmed. Entrant who are considering use of an animal in his/her Entry should contact the local Humane Society prior to undertaking creating the Entry to verify appropriate animal safeguards on the set;

      5. Cannot contain or promote alcohol, drugs or drug paraphernalia (both prescription or illegal), nutritional supplements, tobacco, contraceptives, feminine hygiene products, fireworks, firearms/weapons, lotteries and gambling (including horse or dog racing) or the use of any of the foregoing, any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or that might have a particular political agenda or message;

      6. Cannot be obscene or offensive or endorse any form of hate or hate group;

      7. Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products or other people, products or companies;

      8. Cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;

      9. Cannot contain materials embodying the likenesses, voices or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead;

      10. Cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;

      11. Cannot contain any persons that are signatories to any guild or union agreements (e.g., members of SAG or AFTRA); and

      12. Cannot violate any law.

      Entries that are not compliant with these Official Rules will cause the Entry to be void, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  5. Qualification of Entries:

    Sponsor will review the Entries on an on-going basis during the Entry Period to evaluate and make sure that each Entry adheres to the above noted Submission Requirements. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

    Those Entrants whose Entries are selected as "Finalist(s)" will be notified by social account, telephone, mail and/or email and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within two (2) days of the date appearing on the notification. Return of prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a Finalist within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any Finalist will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the position as the Finalist may be awarded to a runner-up.

  6. Judging Period:

    During the First Tier Judging Period, a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor ("Contest Judges") will review the Entries selected as Finalists and judge them selecting three (3) Finalists based on a scale of one to ten (10 being the highest) and weighed as shown ("Judging Criteria"): (i) Creativity/originality of the Entry (40%), (ii) Adherence to Creative Assignment (30%), and (iii) Overall appeal for inclusion in a Pizza Hut ad (30%). The Contest Judges’ decisions shall be final and binding. An additional "tie-breaking" Contest Judge selected by Sponsor will break any eventual ties, based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award a prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible Entries that meet Sponsor’s creative objective. During the Second Tier Judging Period, Sponsor will bring the Finalists to the Pizza Hut corporate office in Plano, Texas for the Second Tier Judging Phase. The Second Tier Judging will include the Finalists participating in a questionnaire / interview, pizza making activity, and other activities Sponsor may require. The judging will be based on the same criteria as in the First Tier Judging Period. Sponsor will provide each of the Finalists, at Sponsor’s cost, with reasonable transportation, lodging and meals for participating in the second tier of the Contest. One (1) grand prize winner and two (2) runner up prize winners will be selected from the Finalists. Sponsor reserves the right to select a grand prize winner during the First Tier Judging Period, but if it does so, it will advise the two runners up before they are brought to Sponsor’s corporate office. If a runner up chooses not to come to Sponsor’s corporate office, or accept a prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select another Finalist from the remainder of validly received Entries (based on the same judging criteria).

  7. Prize Winner Verification:

    The potential winner is not an official winner ("Official Winner") until his/her eligibility has been verified and he/she has been notified that verification is complete. The potential winner may be subject to an interview by the Contest Judges to determine the authenticity of their Entry, and they may be disqualified if the Entry has not complied with these Official Rules, as determined by the Contest Judges in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any criminal or civil records of potential winners. To the extent necessary and as permitted by law, the potential winner shall authorize this background check. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential winner based on the results of the background check or if a potential winner has committed any act involving moral turpitude. Potential winner may be required to provide proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) that he/she owns all rights to the Entry. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be notified.

    If the Official Winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

  8. Prizes:

    The grand prize winner will receive (a) the opportunity to have his/her Entry included (as well as the opportunity to appear in person) in a commercial for Sponsor, and (b) Pizza Hut pizza "for life" (in the form of a check for Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars ($4,880)). The calculation for pizza "for life" is based on a $10 large one-topping pizza (tax not included) times the orders made an average Pizza Hut customer (8 orders (one order every 45 days in 365 days a year)) times the average life expectancy at birth of a US citizen as defined by the 2011 World Health Organization survey (79 years). Total ARV $4,800. . Sponsor is under no obligation to include winner’s Entry, or any portion thereof, in a commercial. The remaining two (2) Finalists will receive (a) a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Pizza Hut Gift Card and (b) Pizza Hut promotional materials (such as t-shirts, etc.). Total AVR: Two Hundred Dollars ($200). Total Contest AVR: Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). Grand prize winner and the two remaining Finalists may not substitute, assign, or transfer the prize(s), but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value with one of comparable or greater value. Winner and Finalists are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

  9. Winner Announcement and Prize Notification:

    Potential winner(s) will be notified via social account used to submit Entry within three (3) calendar days after winner determination by the Contest Judges, with instructions on how to claim the prize. Notification will be sent to the social account via Direct Message on Twitter, or Direct Post on Instagram. It is an Entrant’s sole responsibility to configure his/her Twitter and/or Instagram profile to follow @PizzaHut on their respective social network used for Entry to ensure that they can be contacted by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in contact information. Potential winner(s) will be required to execute/sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, Transfer of Rights Agreement and, where lawful, a Publicity release confirming acceptance and compliance with these official rules and return same within (3) calendar days of date of notification, otherwise the potential winners will forfeit the prize which may then be awarded to the applicable runner-up, at Sponsor’s discretion.

    If a potential winner is are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable period, or in the event that a prize notification is returned undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to the applicable runner-up potential winner, if time permits, who may be required to furnish proof of identification.

  10. Ownership/Use Of Entries:

    By submitting an Entry, Entrant hereby grants Sponsor and its assignees and designees an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to exploit the copyright, publicity and any ancillary and subsidiary rights therein in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to the Entry. Sponsor and its assignees and designees reserve the right to edit, publish, create a derivative of, print, use, adapt, exploit, modify, copy, disseminate, dispose, broadcast and/or transmit the Entry, the concepts embodied therein (or any elements thereof) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised (including via the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes as outlined in these Official Rules, without compensation, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. Materials submitted in connection with the Contest will become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant agrees that Entries are gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, and that Sponsor is free to disclose the ideas contained therein on the Website and on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without restriction and without any additional compensation to Entrant. Entrant acknowledges that, by acceptance of his/her Entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas from any source. By submitting an Entry, Entrant hereby grants permission for the Entry to be posted on the Website, any website controlled by Sponsor, or another partner websites and on selected marketing/promotional communications as needed. By entering, Entrant acknowledges that Contest Entities have no obligation to use or post any Entry submitted. Entrant agrees that Contest Entities are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Entrants agree that they will not use the Entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Entry to any online social networks other than Website without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance. ENTRIES POSTED TO THE WEBSITE ARE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to Entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to waive or modify the Submission Requirements set forth herein in its sole reasonable discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to request that any Entrant resubmit his or her Entry which fails to comply with the Submission Requirements prior to any judging phase.

  11. Ownership of Winning Entry:

    By accepting a prize, the winner agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) that his/her Entry will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her Entry, including all but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Winner hereby waives in favor of Sponsor, all rights of "Droit Moral" or "Moral Rights of Authors" or any similar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to their Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the winning Entry, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment, as may be solely deemed by Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the Entry and of the copyrights transferred and "Moral Rights of Authors" waived under these Official Rules. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s rights and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment.

    By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state), voice, statements relating to the Contest or Contest Entities, and photographs or other likenesses, and Entries without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity, promotion or advertising carried out by Sponsor, or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.

  12. Random Drawing Sweepstakes.

    During the Entry Period, each Entry submitted in compliance with these Official Rules will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one Entry during the Entry Period. A random drawing will take place daily during the Entry Period with the potential for fifteen (15) daily Sweepstakes winners, and the potential of a total of 180 total winners. Sweepstakes prize is one (1) $10 Pizza Hut® gift card per winner. AVR per prize: $10; Total AVR $1,800. Sponsor will contact and send each potential winner his/her prize through a Direct Message on Twitter or Direct Post on Instagram on or about one (1) business day after the random drawing. In order to receive the Message, the potential winner’s "Tweet Privacy" and "Instagram Privacy" Account setting must be "unchecked." If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

  13. Conditions of Entry:

    Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges and the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasing Parties"), to release, defend and hold harmless the Contest Entities, Twitter, Vine, Instagram, and OkCupid.com their respective parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against the Released Parties which any one or more of the Released Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from Entrant’s participation or acceptance and use or misuse of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, including death or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of any prize.

  14. Governing law/jurisdiction:

    The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Texas (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, Dallas or Collin County, Texas and where the relevant contacts are with such state. Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Contest, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, the prize awarded, or the determination of the Official Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Each Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties entire liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees and/or experts' fees and costs. Each Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

  15. Miscellaneous:

    Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prize, the incorrect uploading of the video or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
