My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
This would be my fourth full update to my account. I did eventually/accidentally find my life-partner here, and he's very aware and supportive of what I came back for.

Rather recently, I've been exploring the idea of polyamory. What does it mean? Isn't it cheating? Does it seem like something that would benefit the lives of all involved? My spiritual beliefs lead me to feel like love should be shared in a multitude of healthy connections. My societal conditioning says that it could never work because monogamy is the One Twue Way. I'm here to figure out which is me.

This doesn't mean I want to jump into anything. I'm very busy between school, my partner, and our fur-babies. I do want to have more friends in my life, male and female. Anything beyond that will happen as it happens based on the depth of connection we make.

As for my personality, I'm weird (in a beautiful way, apparently), sarcastic, timid (to a point), proud, strong and an introvert/extrovert depending on how comfortable I am with given people in a given situation. Let's be friends!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
So, it turns out that my career didn't involve teaching English. Well, at least not yet, who knows. Currently, I'm in college working on my Veterinary Technology degree.

Ya know, cute, fluffy, seizing, parvo-smelling, anal gland expressing, ADORABLE LOVEY FUZZ BALLS. Yeah, I didn't pick it for the glamour. :D

I've got about two more semesters before I can sit for the national exam, and then I plan on working in the field for a few years before I even LOOK at college again. Besides the occasional side-eye, that is.

Fitness is very important to me, so before I die, I want to become either a nutritionist or a personal trainer. Probably the latter, well because, SIDE-EYE @ U COLLEGE. >.>

When I grow up, I'd like to have a small homestead with my partner, so that during the day I can be Cinderella, the Strong and Capable Awesome and then turn into Princess Snuggles, the Tea-Drinking Pile of Comfortable Blankets at night.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being sarcastic, blunt, cute, helpful, dramatic (in a fun way, not a "You were late, so I slashed your tires while you were in the bathroom" way).

Being anti-funny, awkward funny, and pointing out obvious things.

Singing. I just am. Humming, too. It's super fun.

Talking loudly when I get excited.

Deviating from the point while never quite forgetting where I was going.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile (because cheeks), my eyes, my hair (for better or worse; it has a mind of its own).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Where the Red Fern Grows, the Harry Potter series, the Narnia series, the Troy Games series, The Definitive Book of Body Language, Under the Dome, and many, many more.

Movies: HARJY POOTER (aka Harry Potter 1-8), Paranormal Activity 1-3, ANYTHING Disney, Hostage, Mamma Mia!, Rent, CLOUD ATLAS, HECTOR AND THE SEARCH FOR HA' PINESS ;) and more. I expect the new Deadpool movie will go here, as well. Can you put something in your favorites based on a trailer? Hm, just did.

Shows: I watch more Netflix than I'd like to admit. I like Modern Family, Dollhouse, Firefly, Wilfred, Shin-Chan, Fairytale, Parks and Recreation, and Misfits. Cartoons from my childhood/teenage years go here, too.

Music: Mumford and Sons, Paramore, (the?) Avett Brothers, Ray LaMontagne, Halestorm, Mamma Mia!, AWOLnation, Great Lake Swimmers, Hozier, Walk the Moon, Ke$ha, Rufus Wainwright, Queen, Steam Powered Giraffe, and a bunch of stuff.

Food: I seem to like things with vinegar in them. ERMAGERD, PERKLES! I don't really like dry things unless it's popcorn. It does horrible things to me, but I forgive and consume it anyway. Dark chocolate is also devilishly good. Tea (sweet, unsweet, hot or cold). Chicken caesar salads with ranch if the dressing is too fishy, and seafood! So, pretty much anything that isn't bland or a cooked vegetable. Except, I've been working on the vegetable thing, and now I like to eat my broccoli, carrots, asparagus, AVOCADOS MMMMMM.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Meaningful connections
My "voice" in all senses of the word
Warm pajamas in the winter
Exercise (I get grumpy if I don't work out)
The power of choice

Bonus Answers!:
Delicious foodstuffs (noms = party time)
Showers (greasy =/= party time)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I spend a lot of time organizing my schedule and trying to come up with things to do within my limited budget. Schoolwork is frequently on my mind. The quote that will end up being my first tattoo. How I can help the people I interact with on a daily basis. When I'm definitely, probably, most likely going to work out next.

I really don't know what I spend very much time actively thinking about unless I'm worried about something. Life flows more smoothly for me if I simply let things happen (especially since I tend to be analytic and meticulous to a genuine fault). This is something that I thought I had down pat, but turns out old habits die hard. On a crumbling bridge of rock above a fiery crevasse. No matter how many times you tell them they shan't pass. <------reference
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to TNG events where applicable, recovering from my week, staying warm, trying not to spend money. Those things are nowhere near exclusive to each other.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a bisexual who's only had one girlfriend because I'm WAY more shy about expressing myself to girls than guys. Maybe I need practice?

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Ladies and Gentlemen: You aren't a vapid, shallow, twat-waffle. You can keep a conversation going. You like coffee/tea, making friends, and/or working out.
You have a copy of The Definitive Book of Body Language that I can borrow.

Ladies sans Gentlemen: You want to make me blush and stutter and...*sigh* I'm bad at this. FWB? :)
