I'd like to meet someone who also shares a yearning for the finer things in life... like NY-style Pizza! Ok, ok, Chicago-style is pretty damn good, too.

I'm an intellectual wannabe who studied sociology and political science in college and is now working my way through the field of social services/mental health. What really drives my creativity, however, is playing music. The music I play is along the lines of hard rock, but I listen to a wide variety of styles. I like everything from Metallica to Michael Jackson-Oww!! Shamon-nah!! , Soundgarden to Shakira, Tupac to Tool, Beethoven to the Beatles, Adele to AC/DC, Guns n' Roses to Gorillaz, and Radiohead to rage against the machine.

I love motorcycling (Highway 1 is epic!), snowboarding, mixed martial arts training, mountain biking, sucking at surfing, hiking, etc... I have an immense passion for the great outdoors - Pretty much anything that involves going outside and breathing fresh air is something I enjoy doing.

Developing my utmost potential as a human being. My goal in life is to be able to contribute to society and create a positive, lasting impact in our world. You know, typical bleeding-heart liberal, tree-hugger-type stuff.

Currently, the way I am doing that is by helping others through difficulties in their lives so that they can reach their full potential.

Movies: BATMAN (Tim Burton), The Dark Knight, the original Star Wars trilogy, Braveheart, Back to the Future, Terminator 2, Nacho Libre, Rocky, Kill Bill, and Samurai and Kung Fu films

Books: Anything by Edgar Allen Poe or Dr Seuss. I buy books because the idea of acquiring knowledge and learning the stories within the pages is very appealing... but alas, I'm not a good reader, and don't read nearly as much as would like to aspire to.

Music: The Ecstasy of Gold is perhaps the most epic song of all time.

Food: Chinese, Sushi, KBBQ, Mexican/Southwestern, Italian, American, Middle Eastern, Meditteranean... I like food..
