I'm a full time student pursuing my degree in cognitive science, so you better find a backpack sexier than a briefcase heh. My sense of humor can be quite sarcastic at times, so I hope you're not easily offended :p And I'm on this site hoping to meet someone local that values knowledge, trust, and irreverance.

Some of my favorite books are Why We Lie, Sphere, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Brave New World, The Tao of Pooh, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and The Tao of Jeet Kune Do. I don't often read for pleasure anymore though...

My list of favorite movies seems to change every year, but a few that have withstood the test of time are Donnie Darko, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Airheads, Encino Man, and Requiem for a Dream.

My current favorite TV shows are How I Met Your Mother, Hell on Wheels, The Walking Dead, and Top Gear.

My tastes in music tend to lean toward drum n' bass, rock, heavy metal, and hip-hop.

And I love cooking and experimenting with new dishes, so I don't really have a favorite food.

Honestly, the bare essentials to begin with: air; water; and food. (Boring, I know, but let's be real here...)

Beyond that, I'd probably have a hard time not being able to use electrical devices and indoor plumbing (defecating in the backyard doesn't sound pleasant).

And lastly, my family - everyone needs the support and love that comes from family members.

Why am I here? Without going into too much detail, I ponder the notion of whether or not we ALL have a purpose, or if only a select few ever truly do anything significant.

I'm typically doing whatever strikes my fancy at that time. Sometimes I hang out with friends, others I go for a long motorcycle ride through the canyons. Mainly, it depends on my work load.

In person or on this site? I have little shame and don't often censor myself around friends, so I'm something of an open book in real life. But for this website, I'll just admit that I am sometimes slow to show my true feelings.
