My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’ve been described as warm-hearted, genuine, unpretentious, straightforward, positive, energetic and expressive. I’m introspective, self-aware, resilient, and able to laugh at myself.

My favorite pastime is simply hanging out with people I like over conversation, food, and sometimes a glass of wine. I’m versatile and can have fun doing almost anything with the right person, but left to my own devices, my interests lean toward the cerebral. In other words, I’m a bit of a nerd (although in a playful way and with better fashion sense). I’m intellectually curious and explore the world through reading, films, art, travel. Other times I like to take it low-brow and laugh at the absurdity of reality TV. I’ve been known to derive a strange sense of satisfaction from doing house projects. I can strip wallpaper like nobody’s business. But I’m glad that project is over. I have an affinity for city living yet occasionally need to escape to the tranquility of hiking, canoeing.

I practice yoga and meditation regularly. I believe that the way we experience life is largely determined by the type of energy we choose to resonate with and project. I try to keep it positive and authentic.

I've had a wide range of life experiences, some conventional, others not so much. From small town, I've spent time living on the east coast and have traveled to four continents, some of that solo, I've had a variety of relationships including a 10 year marriage. Still looking for that person who feels like home.
