I recently opted to go back to school (3/4 through my BA in Business Management) and decided it was time to look for some more friends whose brains hadn't yet been completely fried by the desert sun.

I am off-center, overly honest and a bit warped.

Working, raising my daughter and trying to maintain some sense of hope & sanity while doing both.
Recently re-joined my extended family in the SCA (extra points if you know to what the heck I'm referring. =p) and sincerely having a rollicking good time!

Finding ways out of sticky situations.

My eyes & my attitude....though not necessarily in that order.

(a) Anything by... Anne Bishop, Laurell K. Hamilton, Kim Harrison, Sherilynn Kenyon, Mercedes Lackey and Angie Sage.
(b) Saw, Gone in 60 Seconds, Gothika, Labyrinth, The Covenant.
(c) 3 Days Grace, 3 Doors Down, Aerosmith, Avenged Sevenfold, BOC, CDB, Choad Effect, Coldplay, CCR, Eagles, Enigma, Evanessence, FOB, Hollywood Undead, Sarah MacLachlan, Meredith Brooks, Metallica, Moody Blues, Montgomery Gentry, Nickelback, NIN, Offspring, Puddle of Mudd, Queen, Rascal Flatts, Seether, Styx, Staind.. yeah, I like music. ;)
(d) cheez-its, steak & a good merlot... not necessarily at the same time though.

My family/friends, pets, music, live steel, laughter, and caffeine.

People, animals, stars, polar bears, the river, trees, questioning why I live in the desert if I spend so much time thinking about rivers & trees, rain, colors, wet silk, leather, and... why am I so distracted?

Usually sitting in traffic, dodging slow people, just trying to get my butt home!

I hate wearing shoes.
