Because I get asked "What do you do for fun?" a lot; a question that has always been right up there with "What do you do for work?" In terms of questions I find a little daunting to answer, I'm going to answer this here to give you a small insight into the sort of person I am:
I do a lot of things, and many of them I do for fun. I enjoy kicking a few back, shooting the shit, and being in the company of people who aren't offended by much. I love to laugh and make others laugh, often at my own expense. I sing, I dance, I paint, I write. I enjoy being in the outdoors, often just sitting and watching the trees dance in the breeze, because it reminds me that there is rhythm and synchronicity even in the unpredictable force that is nature. If I am near water, I am in it...usually trying to catch a glimpse of its aquatic denizens. I photograph everything that stirs anything within me. I love wildly and passionately. I enjoy a good debate, especially on any topic related to social justice. I also love just sitting at home, smoking a bowl, and watching the most unnerving, soul crushing indie film I can find. I have a morbid curiosity for any art that can take the ugliest things and make them captivating. Comedies are also a must for me. I could go on and on but I really feel these things about me are better learned through experience.

Other than that, personality wise, they probably notice that I'm pretty warm and kind in nature.
Your first impression of me may greatly be a product of my first impression of you; I tend mirror people.

The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz
Movies- I'm applying the same concept as I used in books here:
I will also note that Doctor Who and Louie are probably my favorite shows.
Music-I am a super musical person. I sing, I play guitar, I write songs, I make phat beats (;P) so I'll give a slightly longer list here I suppose:
Black Moth Super Rainbow
Nightmares On Wax
Boards Of Canada
I like a lot of shit. Just ask. We can bond over mutually adored sounds.
Food: The last three things I ate were...
1.) A bagel with peanut butter
2.) A bagel with strawberry jam
3.) A bagel with cream cheese

Why anyone cares about how much the First Lady spends on her clothes, or who Kim Kardashian is boning.
I'm not wearing underwear today. (11-6-2015)
I have a chronic, painful medical condition. It doesn't affect my life all the time. It comes in flares, and can go in remission. No it isn't an STI, nor is it contageous. I sometime get put on terrible medications for it that make me crazy (steroids are a bitch!) I also smoke/eat marijuana for my pain because it reduces the inflammation levels, increases my appetite, and helps me laugh when I want to cry. If you are anti-marijuana, our road ends here. We can talk more about this when/if I become more comfortable with you.
