I'm an entrepreneur, i have my own dessert catering company, I mostly work with chocolate... It's not full time work, but i hope to open a store front and have it be my sole sorce of income someday soon. For now working in day care pays the bills, and for me to run my business during the slow months. I do love working in day care, but the kitchen is my passion.
I am not your typical girl (woman), as you read on you will see there are things i enjoy that most woman scoff at.

I love cars, and car shows, i love working on and learning about cars. I dont know much about bikes, except for the fact that i will someday own one. Although i dont go on my own i enjoy fishing, not to excited about hunting, but have heard wild turkey is amazing. I am great at Pool, but suck at darts. I love being outside, untill it drops below 45 deg, then i would much rather stay in and watch a movie or something less cold. Although I would like to learn how to snowboard this winter. I love to travel and wish i could find someone to go with. Weekend trips up, or down the coast are always great, camping, oldschool, in a tent is fun.

I've never asked, but my guess would be either my eyes(they are a nice deep blue), or if I am at a show it might be the "free sample" tray of sweets I am holding.

Books: They Cage the Animals at Night, or anything by Dr Suess

Movies: X-Men Trilogy, Transformers, and old school Ninja Turtles, as much as i might enjoy a chick flick, i love action movies and comedies.

Music: I will listen to almost anything, I was born and raised on classic rock/80's, and i still love it, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Springstein, Paul McCartney (was great at Citi Field)... and the list goes on, but i LOVE Country.

Food: BBQ (my dad has his own recipe, and OMG! it is amazing) Hibachi. i enjoy food, being in the field, but i don't eat a lot (i have a very small appetite , and tend to eat the same portion a child eats.)

TV shows: I tend not to watch a lot of tv but i do like NCIS, and NCIS: LA. Food Network Challange (only when it involves dessert items), and sometimes Monk and CSI: Las Vegas, oh and my new fave show is The Good Wife...

Date nights: I am simple and like to try and keep it that way, coffee shop(even though i hate coffee), car show's make a great 1st date (in the spring). Dave and Busters, or a pool hall. I'm not the type that expects you to spend money on someone you don't know, so please don't be offended when i reach for my wallet.

My business, Sweet Chefs, it is my main focus in life right now.
I do also spend a lot of time thinking about my baby brother, he a Marine, and I am one of the few, the proud, the big sister of a Marine. Semper Fi Devil Dog!

Friday is no different then any other day of the week, i'm just as comfortable going out monday night as i am friday, at times i often prefer to go out on a less busy night, i hate busy loud bars, where you cant hear yourself think. Just so you know i also typically work till about 7:30 on Friday nights, so if i go out it's not till late

Is that i have invisalign, but i bet you cant tell...

you would be willing to try chocolate covered potato chips, or any of my new products that i will be rolling out with over the next few months.
