Though I feel like I should title this "must love cats." I still have four cats from when I was married to my late husband, I hope this doesn't make me the crazy cat lady. Tried dating someone who was allergic, yeah that didn't work out.

I'm an artist hoping to apply for grad school next fall for my MFA. I currently work as a gallery assistant with a local art museum.

Artwork, I'm hoping to get my portfolio together to start exhibiting my work. Feel like it's taking forever to organize the studio.

Traveling, there is so much stuff to see and so little time. Went to Scotland in 2005, next on my list is to visit Ireland. Went to Pennsic War in Pennsylvania in 2007, and that bears repeating. Made it out to Burning Man in 2008, that was an adventure! Hope to get back again sometime in the next 5 years. In the mean time want to hit some of the other regional burns. This year's big adventures are Pagan Spirit Gathering here in MO and Dragon*Con in Atlanta, GA. I'm very excited about that, so much costuming to be done! Also in the next few years I'd like to make it to a World Con, Dragon Fest in CO, Fantasy Fest in FL, and Vegas just for fun.

Being a dork, I'm exceptionally clumsy so might as well laugh and go with it.

I read, a lot, usually 3 or 4 books at a time. I read mainly sci-fi/fantasy fiction as well as biographies. Some of my favorite authors include: Barbara Hambly, Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, & Tamora Pierce.

Music . . . I have a couple of favorite bands that I'll go see when they come to town: Brave Combo, Asylum Street Spankers, & Bottle Rockets. My music preference seems to be either loud or quirky or both ;)

Food . . . I'll try just about anything once. Not a fan of most fast food, I don't really consider it food as such. Favorite restaurants: Pho Grand, Chi (formerly Cha Yoon), Uncle Bills (mmmm pancakes), & Kabab House.
