My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Professionally confident but socially ??? sometimes, bright and full of common sense that comes out as well-meaning slathered in snark. I'm a body-positive, sex-positive feminist and love talking about all kinds of things. Actual definition of a Sagittarius, if you're into that kind of thing, and INTP if you know your Myers-Briggs types.

I'm dedicated to my education, my future, and my identity. Part of that identity is geek culture. I love things that make me think, I like science, I love tabletop games and play a fair amount of Magic: The Gathering. I occasionally get up the funds and inclination to cosplay. Another part of that identity is being a queer woman, and activism that goes with that.

I'm a very good listener, a better cuddler, and I believe laughter and dropping the bass are the best medicine.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Broadly, a degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Homeland Security and Criminal Investigation, trying to work in emergency management. Long term, still stressing over the details and trying to chill out. I've lived in NYC and dream of going back. I'm about that city life, though born and raised in hill country.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Creative writing, cooking, laying on the couch and having interesting discussions, kissing, Mario Kart 64, fingerprint analysis, spatial puzzles, the water temple in Ocarina of Time, brainstorming, getting right to the heart of issues, research.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How people of the past would react to presennt technology, what I would tell myself if I went back to 1999, if the FBI will hire me, if my friends are online, whether I could turn a dream into a book, why I react to every dog on the street as if it's the cutest thing I've ever seen, how to educate people on social issues without alienating them, human rights violations, the electric bill.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually it would be playing Magic the Gathering, when I was in New York there was much more to do, now it's more like marathoning TV shows with my friends. My current Friday night show is NBC's Hannibal.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You enjoy really nerdy things and want to talk about/do them, you don't mind a girl with a bigger body, and understand the basic vocabulary of social justice and the queer community.
