My self-summary
Hi :)

Awh crap, we're actually doing this, okay...

Born and raised in the bay - my heart belongs here, though I'd like to venture elsewhere if only for a little while. I'm a product of divorced parents. Been on my own since 17. I can be a workaholic and I tend to be married to my career choice, so I'll work all kinds of hours. She can be a real b*tch sometimes, but it usually pays off very handsomely. As of right now I've decided to do some much needed traveling and soul searching. My profession up until recently has been project and business management, but I'm not sure where the wind will take me next, maybe disposable lighter repairman... ;)

I'm a optimistic-skeptical-realist by nature... yeup... just... throwin' that out there.

I love people and I'm very social when they are on the left side of me. I'm not one to believe in unconditional love. For some reason I can be very argumentative when someone states something subjective as a fact. I prefer exercising alone. I don't think the government is out to get me. I want someone to travel with for long periods of time. I'm a middle child. My favorite color isn't just one solid color. I can talk a lot. I'm an ENTJ.

I can tell I like someone when I start looking at their answers to the OKC questions...
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to figure out how to make the most out of existing for such a small amount of time.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh at things that aren't even funny and taking conversations on tangents.

Filling out forms completely
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm told my eyes and smile are the best feature on me. Then it would be my sense of smell.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Put media arts that I like in here? okay well that's ridiculous to judge me based on, but whatever, here we go.

How about some music - it's my favorite:
Raised with Don Henley and The Eagles playing in my Dad's z280 going to school, then Sarah McLaughlin, Enya and Fleetwood Mac as I helped the Mom with chores by jumping into the piles of dirty clothes. My first songs I liked on my own were Zombie from Cranberries and Under the Bridge by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The first CD I ever owned was Matchbox20 "Yourself or Someone Like You" - I bought it from this magical place called Blockbuster. Life time favorites would be every song by Counting Crows, Jay-Z and Sara Bareilles. Music nowadays consist of a mixture of all of that plus Drake, Breaking Benjamin, Kanye West, Weezer, Paramore, Kate Nash, A Fine Frenzy, John Mayer, Flyleaf, etc..

Movies:
I hate time traveling movies. They're never done right.
I like rom coms. I'm sappy like that.
I don't very much care for movies where the main character seems intelligent but ends up in the stupidest situations. I think its most apparent to people while watching a stereotypical scary movie, but it's pretty much all of Ben Stiller's movies, too. Oh and Bridesmaids is like that, sorry, but it makes me anxious to watch her make her life and relationships worse and worse, lol.

Food:
Vegetables - roasted, chocolate - dark, beer - darker. I'll eat anything at least two times to make up my mind about it. More than that is me just being polite.

TV:
I don't watch much TV, but in the past I've liked Family Guy, New Girl, Dexter, Friends. and the genres they hail from.

And finally, Books:
I like books. I tend to read a lot for work, so my attention span does not like books.

Okay, now you figure me the F*ck out, lol
The six things I could never do without
Hm, I've never given this much thought, whether it be the circumstance that I'm in or the actual six things themselves...

Stuck on an island:
iPhone
Cell phone reception
Solar panel to charge cell phone
A Swiss Army knife
A tent
A king size snickers.
(I didn't say lighter because I want to to have the same feeling Tom Hanks portrays when he makes fire in Cast Away! :D)

Stuck in a large box:
iPhone w/ Cell phone reception (combining isn't cheating)
Unlimited supply of prepared Food (also not cheating)
Operating Toilet and sink
Two 160 packs of crayons (oh hell yes I'm gonna color the shit out of that box)
A plug and iPhone charger
One floor lamp
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Nothing. I think about nothing... Clearly. =)
On a typical Friday night I am
Every week is different, for example; Dancing, bar hoping, meteor shower watching, night hiking, drive-in theater, regular theater, recuperating, event coordinating, reading, enjoying company, going on a trip somewhere, etc.

I don't watch much TV and I rarely go to clubs (aka sardine cans), I feel there's way more interesting things to do in life.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
1) I'll always stand on your right hand side. You can ask me why if you'd like to know.
2) I laugh and make light of serious situations as a self defense mechanism.... Ha!
3) My aunt calls my hands "impanada hands," as if it's suppose to be cute to have chunky hands...

I have now overly shared with you. You're welcome.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 24–38
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You're a woman who can make me laugh on your own accord and would rather do something other than sit in front of a television.

Soap Box Rant:
This might polarize a few of you, but just know this, I'd be more than happy to buy you a drink, but I'm not about to pay your way through a date. I'm not trying to buy your interest in me. If you don't understand what I'm saying, let me just say that chivalry is very much alive in me, but as much as you'd hope to be swept off your feet, the feeling is mutual. :)
