Ah...sailing the stormy seas of Internet dating. OK, here goes:

I have two sides to my life: My professional side, and my creative side. In my career, I work in the field of international transportation. I use a very complex and sophisticated computer program to allocate space on containerships that carry thousands of cargo containers from the U.S. to the Far East and back. In my spare time, I play guitar and sing in a cover band. I am also a staff writer for a music magazine, and I cover everything from local bands to the biggest names in the music industry.

In addition to what I wrote above, being active is very important to me. I work out in a gym (I'm not a fanatic, I just like to keep in shape). In the winter I ski, and year round I ride my bicycle anywhere from 25-50 miles at a time.

Very detail-oriented at work. I'm a good writer, if I don't mind saying--I get a lot of compliments about the articles I write for the magazine. I was never very good at the usual sports growing up (baseball, basketball, football), but I do have a talent for skiing and bike riding.

I'm tall: 6'02".

Love sushi. If I wasn't so expensive, I'd probably eat it every day. Complete coffee addict...I have an Italian espresso machine at home. I like watching documentary shows (History, Discovery and National Geographic channels).

I do some of my best thinking at 2:00 am LOL. I go to sleep pretty early, but then I'll tend to wake up in the middle of the night and start thinking about stuff. Personal stuff, work stuff, political stuff....anything and everything. Sometimes I'll lay there, awake for hours before I can get back to sleep again.

Well, in my job, I work a lot of weekends, and have days off during the week, so "TGIF" doesn't mean that much to me. I might work Saturday and Sunday and have Tuesday and Wednesday off, so Monday might be my "TGIF" day!

The most private thing I'm willing to admit is that there are private things I'm willing to admit. Just ask ;)
