My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

Time to hit the reset button on life. I have had a great ride through more than a couple dozen countries but I want to reinvent the wheel all over again.

Right now I live in Kansas for family, friend, and career reasons but I think of Montreal as home.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have spent about a decade doing a lot of work and travel in different countries. After grad school was over, I planned a three week trip but then disregarded my return ticket and ended up staying away for seven months with work and stay options!

Right now working full-time in publishing in marketing and events and part-time with supernatural things and helping friends in their business activities and with their new babies. I will not live here forever but I will periodically return. I watch a lot of foreign film, exercise on my bike, and do my best to keep reading and reviewing books. I am fairly family centered now.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding things, decodifying, writing a paper or document on something I know nothing about and pulling it all together at the last minute, traveling with no plan, understanding people with strong accents or limited English.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I like a lot of late 19th, early 20th century materials. Fiction. Economics and financial systems. Social science.

I am not at all impressed with most mainstream films in the US. Lately I am on this huge Ingmar Bergman kick.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-coffee, dark beer, wine, or tea
-the ability to produce and distribute my work
-languages (ironically, I am not fluent in any other!)
-green space
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I guess I like to get to the root point of everything! Peace and justice through mitigating the powers of corporations and trends that work against the well-being of children, families, and the healthy functioning of life in general.

This is my YouTube channel:
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a cafe with friends or exercising.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am overwhelmed with and by choices! I always am totally free to do whatever I like pretty much but want to do the perfect thing.

You like to travel. You like to find creative ways to save money. An absolute must is that I have held a boycott on Wal-Mart for ten years and I would need someone to do the same with me. For a real relationship to happen, you must know or get to know what neoliberalism is and be ready to work around it or against it.

I can give and give and give but I would like to concentrate my efforts on giving to one person more. It would be great to spend more time building some foundations.
