Doing the 9-5 corporate thing to support my snowboarding/skiing addiction. Moonlighting as a semi-professional manufacturer and vendor of small batch preserves and pickled goods. I pay my assistants in canned goods (and beer).

Pickling and canning. Seriously. I'm also really good at riding my bike uphill, and I host a mean dinner party.

I have ridiculously long eyelashes, to the point where wearing sunglasses is problematic. Yes, I understand that this is a first world problem.

Life, the universe, and everything.

In the summer: I am a professional people watcher, silently judging everyone I see. I love a good show at a small venue - we're talking a place like the Comet here, not the Showbox or the Moore.

In the winter: I flee Seattle for the tiny mountain town of Glacier, about 15 miles from Mt. Baker. I try to spend as many weekends up there as possible, weather (power) permitting of course.
