First and above all; laughter, good times and good people are numero uno. As seen in the pictures! I am very serious at work, yet the complete opposite at home.
I am definitly a jack of all trades, master of a some. I have flipped a few homes, and have some friends with theirs.
I love wearing nice ironed clothes, yet I also love being covered in drywall dust. Both bring very different satisfactions. I love my job, and I love spending time with friends and family. I am very driven and career oriented.

I have gotten into the beat of a regular schedule after taking a year off. I am fortunate to be driven enough to be were I am with my career. I have had a lot of experiences because of great mentors.
Snowboarding has been fun so far. I have been up to Tremblant a few times this year. I try to take a full month off every year and travel - this year will be the first in 7 years I will not be able to!

Taking the time to do most things well.

That would depend on the day; between: the laugh, the smile, the drive, and the words - I am told my voice gets deeper when I am on the phone.

I can go months not watching anything, then take three days to go through band of brothers. I watch too many movies, and have too many favourites to list! I listen mostly to radio and do not have the patience to research all the music that is available out there. I have a friend that keeps me somewhat updated with what he listens to! I eat about anything, if I could have a bbq inside for the winter, it would happen!

Thinking about little things to change, I always have the most random thoughts about modifying things to make them more useful. I am often amazed at other's courage in their life choices.

Optimizing friendships, and developing new ones!
Sometimes I work, and others I sleep in early.

I have stayed up all night, more times than my parents can remember, just playing lego. I would hide under the bed to play, and sleep at school. Started when i was 6 or so only ended when I gave them to my cousin.
I am significantly attracted to a girl that take the initiative or makes the first step.

If you are confident; take care of yourself and others around you; you have to be able to talk about anything; You must be able to make life choices by analysis: follow your heart and your rational.
If you are looking for someone that can give you his time and attention and are ready to do the same. I believe any two people can have a good time, if they are both up for it. All that is needed is the motivation.
Or just plainly if you want to go snowboarding; show me how well you can drywall;
Or if you think you can beat me at monopoly or Jenga. I have been playing the drinking game version of Jenga. It gets fun.
