1951 version of The Thing. Fabulous dialog and a strong, smart,
sexually liberated female lead in a 1951 movie
I asked a friend if she could come up with a movie made for adults
that didn't have sex, romance, swearing, violence and was actually
a good movie and was entertaining. We came up with only one, "A
Hard Day's Night"

(Beatles. I hardly listen to the Beatles. There are other bands and
artists I have listen to far more, and got more out of in terms of
technique, attitude, message and sonic impact. My favorite
musicians......drummers, guitarists, vocalists, were not in the
Beatles. Yet, every time I spin a Beatles lp, especially Rubber
Soul, Sgt. Pepper or Abbey Road the voice inside that knows the
truth says, "they are the best")
Sane Man, Relentless, Revelations.....anything Bill Hicks
