My Self-Summary

I was conveniently lured into biotech after going to grad school and studying wildlife ecology in South America. Now, I'm living comfortably but also daydream about taking another adventure. While plotting my escape from the city, I enjoy biking to work year-round, and try to spend a lot of time outside, whether it's in the garden or a state park.
I live simply because most things I could buy aren't worth the time I spend earning money. I don't hang out in bars much, but you might see me at the Alemany Farmer's market or Alemany garden, Tartine, Golden Gate Park, Rainbow Grocery, or the hardware store. I am often with friends, but I would love to find someone who could be my partner and enjoy activities like backpacking, kayaking, and biking with me.

Well, you already know that I'm divorced and a lot of people don't like that, but I do. I'm glad that it ended, and I'm happy with the way it ended. I try to do things that I believe are right, and therefore I don't usually keep things hidden. Also, one time when I was in Kindergarten, a big kid sat next to me on the bus and I started crying because the kid seemed so big and scary. That's kind of embarrassing, isn't it?
