geeky, irreverent, and logical
My self-summary Propose an edit
I enjoy drawing,
writing, reading, movies, video games, and
generally wandering around this cool city. I'm not much of a cook,
but I love spicy and exotic food; finding a tasty
hole-in-the-wall restaurant always feels like hitting the
jackpot.
I'm think of myself an intelligent, creative person, but elitism and
snobbiness are pretty lame. I'm kind of a geek, too, and tend to get along with
people who've got some streak of that. I'm pretty laid back, and
enjoy a good dose of sarcasm.

I'm really good at Propose an edit
Lots of things, but not singing. But I'll clap when other people do
karaoke.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
That's an interesting question. Perhaps you can tell me?
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
Catch 22, Moby
Dick, The Diamond Age, Foucault's Pendulum
Fight Club,
Office Space,

Thai, Indian, and Pakistani food. Anything spicy generally does the
trick.
The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
Ok, here's the fancy-pants philosophical version:
information, contrast, challenge, stories, debate, and, um, I need
to give the last one some thought...
And the mundane version:
my library card, my unlimited metro card, the internet, a scrap of
paper to sketch on,..and apparently I'll have to come back to this
one, too.
Still, I'm pretty psyched about the portability of most of the
elements in the list.
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
Stories that I ought to be writing right now.
How things move. And how to express that movement with math.
Science news.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
Hanging out with friends, maybe at a house party or a bar.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
If Wikipedia were a pretty girl, I'd have a huge crush.
You should message me if Propose an edit
you're a smart girl with a quick wit and a healthy appreciation for
the ridiculous. If you're a little bit of a nerd or a tomboy, you
get bonus points. Physical attraction is very important, too.
Hopefully you take care of yourself and take some pride in your
appearance, although I'm far more impressed if you can confidently
rock a natural, casual look than if you've got fancy makeup and the
latest fashions. Hopefully you've got more hobbies than purses and
more friends than shoes.
I'm not necessarily looking for something serious or long-term, but
if we really dig each other, I'm certainly open to the possibility.
