I am Intellectual, Witty, and Socratic.

My Self-Summary

I'll work on this soon. Life is a little hectic at the moment. Be a little paitient and it will be worth the wait.

I'm a wanna-be goth in an Opie Cunningham life. So, if you see me in the day-light, I look like an approaching middle aged corporate drone, but sometimes, when the moon is out, ...

The first things people usually notice about me

That I'm smiling. Sense of humor. That I'm such a good dancer, people think I'm gay. ;-)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I'll start on the list and add to it later.

Books - I literally have a ton (>2000 lbs.) of books in my house.
Fiction - The Hyperion Cantos, Anything by Orson Scott Card, Piers Anthony, Les Miserables, Frank Miller, Neil Gaiman and the Harry Potter sreies. LOTR. Comics and Graphic Novels. Some Manga,
Non-Fiction - Layman's Science, History. Guns, Germs, and Steel is the best history book I've ever read. Cosmos and all things Sagan. Sociology. 7 Habits. 5th Discipline. Anything by Michael Shermer.

Movies
The Matrix, 300, Shawshank Redemption, Idiocracy, Raising Arizona, The Holy Grail, Lost in Translation, Crouching Tiger-Hidden Dragon, Lawrence of Arabia, The Breakfast Club, The John Cusack Trilogy, Spirted Away, Nausica, The Crow, Blade, Most comic book movies, Blade Runner, Pulp Fiction, Lost Boy, Lost Boys...

Music
For now I'll just say most music except country and western, gospel, "gangsta rap," and "death metal."

Food
Just about everything. I've been all over the world and am always looking to try something new. Generally dis-like chain restaurants and want a local place. Really been into Vietnamese and Thai lately but overall, if I had to choose one type...Mexican

The six things I could never do without

Sure, I could say food, water, etc... but I'm sure it's been done.

So not necessarily in order...

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Work and school because I have to. The life the universe and everything in between. Deep thoughts and shallow observations my speciality. Where I've been, where I am, where I want to go, and where I'll likely end up.

Lately, I've been thinking about my first tattoo. Hint: it is somewhere on this profile.

On a typical Friday night I am

No such thing as typical. Movies, dinner, dancing, home for videos, working, on-line, off my rocker, in-disposed, out of touch, exhausted, energized, very occasionally inebriated, gaming, chatting, studying.

Isn't everybody like that?

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

is that I have a profile on a "dating" site.

You should message me if

If you know what zn+1 = zn2 + c is then message me right now.

Otherwise, I'll work on this later.
