I feel I shouldn't just live and enjoy life while so many people are still suffering from lacking of food and shelter, lacking of love and justice.
I think God brought me here to America is just for a vacation and preparation for the future. I will go back to China eventually, to be with them and to die with them.
I value a mind with clear logic and is used to reasoning.
I don't like to just obey to any rules - I take pleasure in breaking them when they are not reasonable.
I seldom cry, but can't help it each time I watch about the life of missionaries , such as the movie " end of the spears" , or documentaries of the early missionaries killed in China.
Two of my role models can explain me. One is Fang Zhouzi, a Chinese science writer and fighter against pseudoscience and academic dishonesty. He is a u.s. green card holder but choose to live in China under the life treats of people who hate him for being exposed of their dirty works. He fights for truth. Another is British pastor Pollard who devoted his whole life to a Chinese village Shimenkan from 1905 to 1940 and made great changes for them.
I believe true Christians can be wild and ambitious, while still humble and obeying to God. Both a lion and a lamb, just like Jesus .
