Fore-Note: I presently live in Owings Mills, but will be moving to Perry Hall in early May.

I'm generally a very easy going person, and my sense of humor is a bit off the wall. I like to think I'm a connoisseur of terrible puns. I'm an avid outdoorsman, too, though I don't get out quite as often as I used to. I'm always up for a hike in the mountains! I tend to be a bit reserved when I first get to know people, but get me laughing with your favorite joke and I'll open up. I still love a lot of the nerdy things I grew up on, but I'm exploring new interests too. I never pass up an opportunity to learn something new and interesting.

I spend most of my time working at a science museum, so my days tend to involve talking with little kids and their families about dinosaurs and space. I also have a second job helping the U.S. Army test software. I have my B.S. in physics and am at present trying to find something more career oriented to do with it, preferably something where I can work with my hands.

Some of my other interests include: Hiking, camping, exploring, pirating (as in dressing up, going to a bar and waving a plastic sword), photography, cooking, concerts, listening to music, reading, playing video games, and (though I've fallen out of practice) playing guitar.

Cooking, fixing things, tinkering, and saving the world in my TARDIS.

Music is my drug of choice. A few favorites: Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Johnny Cash, Queen, Daft Punk, Flogging Molly, B. B. King, Gorillaz, Diego's Umbrella, Darby O'Gill, The Kelly Bell Band, John Lee Hooker, Rainbow, Slayer, Doc Watson, The Notorious B.I.G., Cab Calloway, The Young Dubliners, Cut Chemist, David Bowie, Louis Armstrong, Motorhead, Royksopp, and Tenacious D.

I could list TV shows for ages, but to keep it short: Arrested Development, Sherlock, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly and Doctor Who sum it up well.

For movies - If it's funny or a western, I'll love it. My all time favorites though are Duck Soup, Blazing Saddles, and Young Frankenstein.

I'm also a big fan of podcasts, including: The Nerdist, Stuff You Missed In History Class, The Thrilling Adventure Hour, Hollywood Babble-On, and The Bugle.
