My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have been described as being incredibly sweet, cute as all hell, rather affectionate, and at times a smart ass. Chivalry has not been lost on me, I open doors, give flowers, and I am a complete and utter hopeless romantic. I hate drama, mostly the kind where it is the "he said/she said" or the gossip/rumors that are spread around. I am passed high school and wish to keep it behind me.

So here it is, me, here for all to see... So to speak. About me... Where to start... I am a "nerd/geek", honest, stable, employed, simple in ways and absolutely complex in others, a cuddler, affectionate, and tired of the single life.

Basics: I am 5'11", blue eyes, don't smoke or do drugs, have no kids, and hardly ever drink alcohol. I am what some would consider a "bigger guy", to the point where I have a root beer belly. I am not horribly obese nor am I horribly out of shape. I do have muscles, just not the rippling biceps that can bench 400lbs. I guess I am an "average Joe" when it comes to body type, if that makes sense.

As I said before, I am a geek/nerd. No, not the pocket protector kind. I play video games, watch cartoons, play Magic. That is about it. I don't really follow sports. Will watch a baseball game or two. Played the sport for 5 years.

Work life: I am employed, full time. Been there for 6 years, and been encouraged to move up in the company. So they don't want me leaving and don't plan on getting rid of me.

Social life: not much of one at the moment. As mentioned before, I don't drink or do any kind of drugs. I don't like bars or night clubs due to the other drunken people that tend to frequently visit them, and the fact that alcohol is the preferred beverage they like to serve. I am not a "partier" in any respect. I like smaller groups over large crowds, I would prefer a quieter evening with my girl, rather than going to a loud chaotic event. So a night at home with dinner and cuddling while watching a movie is very appealing to me. I like to go out to dinner or stay in. Renting a movie or going to a theater makes no difference to me, as long as we don't end up somewhere with drunken idiots trying to pick a fight with the guy next to them.

I am an affectionate person. I like to cuddle, hold hands, PDA's, hugs, giving little presents, etc. That is just the kind of person I am, I like the closeness. I do respect that there are times when some space is needed, and will let there be space.

My complexities: I like cartoons. Why? That is a long and complicated answer. I guess you can think of it this way; when you are a kid, you believe that anything is possible, and your universe is only limited by your imagination. But as you learn and grow, your perception of the world becomes smaller, your universe becomes smaller, the realm of possibilities gets smaller. In turn your imagination becomes less of a reality. Cartoons are a way for me to go back to that time where my universe was full of ideas of being able to fly without an airplane, walk on air until I looked down, or walk into a picture of a tunnel that is painted on a rock face. So watching cartoons and anime is a way for me to still have an active imagination, and to be a kid again.

So take a seat, relax, look around, and enjoy what is currently my profile.

I am cute, sweet, and adorable
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Other than the work life and sleep, I don't have much going on at the moment... Which is part of my problem. I want to be doing something with my life, other than going to work and sleeping. Having that significant other to talk to, hang around with, pester at random times of the day would definitely be a plus.

Future plans: eventually I am going to head back to school and get my bachelors degree. Had to take a forced break from things. Life kinda happened, stuff came up, and my advisors decided to give me some bad advise on classes. It ended up being a bad time for me to try to take classes, to try and become a teacher. So currently I am paying off bills and gonna try and make a fresh start.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Things I am good at: plotting world domination, some video games, and other "nerd" type things. I have been known to be quite random. I do all the things that a boyfriend should do, like remember anniversaries, give little gifts, etc.

I tend to win tickle wars. I have been told I make for a good pillow, table, chair, coat rack, pack mule, body pillow, sun shade, kitty, math tutor, smart ass, and other random inanimate objects. Haven't had any complaints over any foot rubs I have given... Other than trying to tickle. I can't help that I am playful.

I have long hair. I like my hair long, and think that I look horrible with it short. Personality wise, I seem easy going, and go with the flow. Been told I have some nice eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: not much lately. Been working on a Star Wars book of sorts, not bad so far. I am more into the mystery and fantasy stuff. Throw in some vampires or zombies every so often and I am good. I attempted to start reading the first Twilight book, but couldn't stay awake for it. Mostly the writing style that did me in.

Movies: most of the "hero" movies like Iron Man, Punisher, Mask of Zorro, etc. Also have to throw in Serenity, The Prestige, Lilo and Stitch, the Star Wars series, and Pirates series.

Music: Nickelback, Skillet, Rob Thomas, Darren Hayes, The Calling, Lifehouse, Linkin Park, Evanescence, Stephen Lynch, Paramore, among many others.

TV shows: CSI, House, Castle, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, Dr Who, Burn Notice, Buffy, Angel, Charmed, The IT Crowd, X-Men the animated series, Bleach, Death Note, Hellsing, Hell Girl, Batman the Animated Series, Tsubasa, most Gundam series, Full Metal Alchemist, Afro Samurai, Farscape, Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, Family Guy, Futurama, Firefly, The Pretender, Heros, Sliders, Highlander, and the list goes on.

Food: Buffalo wings, pizza, tacos, but nothing can really beat home made foods; chicken burritos, chili, Fettucini Alfredo
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Laptop; my life line to the world.
Cell phone; life line to friends and family
Love; we all need it
Friends; life wouldn't be fun without them
Car; need to see people, go to work, etc
Hope and inner strength; everyone needs to have a reason to get up every morning, and the courage to face the world.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think about the future, who I might end up with in life, "what if" scenarios, putting myself into the characters of movies, tv shows, and at times cartoons. Wishing that I could win the lottery.

Then there are the less wanted things, like work, bills, and the lack of a social life I have.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I know where I would like to be on my Friday nights, which would be with my potential girl friend. But again need one of those for that to happen, hence the reason I am here.

Sadly 3 out of 4 Fridays I am at work. My work schedule is on a 4 week rotation. So only 1 Friday per rotation.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I hate being under-estimated. Whether it be my inner strength, my mental prowess, or my physical ability. I am tired of people thinking that I can't handle something or do something just because of how I look or how I normally act. I hate being underestimated.

When in a relationship, and if it gets to the point of becoming more physical, I have a weakness for short skirts. I can't help the fact that it turns me on.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You consider yourself to be even in the slightest bit nerdy. If you enjoy watching cartoons, going to Cons', and/or not afraid to take a step outside your safety bubble rather than just look at all the profiles that are here.

What I am looking for: Someone who doesn't smoke or do drugs, doesn't have kids (optional), has a preference to like cats over dogs, enjoys a bit of romance, likes to cuddle. I don't want a "twig", in the sense that I am a big guy, and I don't want to break her. I want a girl that is more than just skin and bones. And as of late, I have been wanting to find someone who is 100% single. Over this past year, I have met 3 different girls, and all 3 of them have had some kind of issue with an ex that ruined whatever relationship I had with the girl. So it may sound like a simple thing, but for some reason it has been a tall order.

I would like to find a fellow nerd/geek that is just as or more nerdy/geeky than I am. Someone who likes to get affection as well as give it. A girl that is comfortable with who she is and the way she looks, without having to consult a fashion magazine, or see what the latest trend is. Not a requirement for her to be nerdy, but it would be nice.

Looks; I like cute and sweet girls, height doesn't matter too much, I have fallen for girls with all colors of eyes and hair (including colors of hair that are not natural colors by any means), I like long haired girls or at least enough that it can be put in a tail of sorts. For me, personality speaks more than looks.

I am not looking for a one night stand by any means, nor am I the kind of person to even try it. If I am going to "giggidy giggidy" with a girl, I kinda want to know a bit about them first. I am not one of the many Glen Quagmires in the world, thank you.

It is a dating website people. Don't be afraid to meet someone, that could potentially be the "one". One more thing, if you are the kind of person that does the "winking/messaging" first, I will be most inclined to sending a reply.
