My Self-Summary

My name is A.J. I was born and raised in a small town in Ohio (no I don't wear flannel, live on a farm or a trailer park, own a goat, go cow-tipping, have sex with relatives, or speak like a hick). Three years ago I escaped to New York to go to college. I love the college life, wish I could stay in college forever. I do plan on going back for more degrees or at least taking more classes after I am done with my money making degree; learning never stops. I have a few great friends that I will always be friends with no matter which directions life takes us. I like to have a good time hanging out at a bar or staying in playing games and laughing.

What I’m doing with my life

I am currently in my third undergraduate year at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. I am majoring in Accounting with minors in History and Philosophy. I graduate in May of 2010 and plan to move to Chicago. I want to attend the University of Chicago for a master's degree as soon as I graduate. Then I plan on receiving my CPA license and working for one of the Big Four. After that I would like to pursue degrees in my other interests (History and Philosophy).

Sarcasm. Accounting(hopefully). Staying in my comfort zone. Over thinking things. Swearing. Having a good time.

Releasing the stresses of the school/work week. Mostly by going out to my favorite dives with my drinking friend and living up the night. Sometimes by staying in watching The Office, Scrubs, or Gilmore Girls playing some pong and gossiping about work. Other times just staying in my room doing some homework or reading.

I am deathly afraid of heights and roller coasters.
