I'm tired of the bar scene when it comes to meeting people. I'm new to this kind of thing but...

I'm a very caring person who is looking for someone similar. Friendship and loyalty are about the most important thing to me. I really enjoy deep conversations about anything. I like to go out and have a good time. I'm extremely close to my family and I think that's important.

I will do anything for the people I care about...anything. I learned that from my mom. I'm bad at describing myself. Is that a uniqueness? I feel like describing yourself is only easy if you're boring or self absorbed. I'd like to think I'm neither.

Right now I'm living with a friend/roommate, and just kind of figuring out what's next. I have a really good job and aspire to do more.

Books: Pretty much everything I've read by Chuck Klosterman and Bill Bryson. I like non-fiction a lot too...

Movies: Too many to list. I watch A LOT of movies.

TV: Buffy the Vampire Slayer...(no, seriously), The Wire, Breaking Bad, How I Met Your Mother, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, Futurama, etc.

Music: Everything from Jackson Browne to The Clash to Regina Spektor to The Hold Steady to The Bouncing Souls to The Tallest Man on Earth to Delta Spirit, etc.

Food: I'm all in on Mexican and sushi. But really, I'll eat anything and everything.

I don't fear death but not in a bad way. I used to worry a lot as a kid and I came to the realization at some point that the worst thing that could happen to me is that I'd die and if I could learn not to worry about that, I could do anything.

I don't like to tell people what to do. I'm not the prime minister of who you message.
