After living in Southern California for 35 years, I returned to my home town of Akron, Ohio. Though widowed for several years, I've been blessed with a wonderful daughter who's married and has two precious children that I adore. My professional history evolves mostly around sales and marketing. I was a sales and catering manager in the hotel industry(and loved it) for many years, then changed hats and have been selling insurance for the past 12 years. Hey, enough about me. Not much for TV other than: AC360, Y&R, Scandal, American Idol, Discovery ID, Letterman.
Love most kinds of foods but my favorites are: Sushi, Thai, Mexican, Italian and sometimes deli. Not much for lima beans, beets or rich sauces.
I love good jazz, classic rock, reggae, pop, old standards and some classical and folk. Not much for rap or country.

Traveling to distant places, and anticipating just how to proceed with "retired" life. Also considering a part-time stint to finance those fantasy "getaways".

Reading a good book after enjoying shabbos dinner..maybe watching Discovery ID or Letterman...very quiet...more quiet than I prefer actually.

I'm still into astrology...over 40 years now...not obsessed, but just curious and observant of tendancies.
