My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Like many, I'm not really sure what goes here. I'm pretty fun, open minded and like to explore and learn about life. I just want to lead a good life that lets me do some good in the world.

I'm, generally, a very passionate and compassionate person. I believe in working hard, forgiving easily and loving everyone, all, of course, to the best of my ability.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm helping to build a digital marketing company. I write for a number of different businesses and sectors. It's great because I get to learn new things all the time!

If I'm not working, I'm working out, or cooking or doing any number of awesome things with a group of friends I've made here in Portland.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing, learning new things, enjoying life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm usually smiling and I am generally optimistic. I like a life well lived.

Books: books are really important to me, I like quite a few so bear with me. I like anything by Vonnegut, especially Welcome to the Monkeyhouse, Cats Cradle and Goodbye Blue Mondays, but the list goes on and on. I love Paradise Lost and a lot of Milton's essays (Areopagitica!). Graham Greene's The End of the Affair, Monsignor Quixote and The Power and the Glory. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Anything by Neil Gaiman, I loved American Gods and Good Omens. World War Z by Max Brooks (son of Mel Brooks!). Dead Souls by Nikolai Gogol. Master and Margarita by Bulgakov. Homo Zapiens by Pelevin. The Once and Future King by White. Siddartha by Herman Hesse. Anything by Sherman Alexie! Dogeaters by Hagedorn. Love by Toni Morrison. Any and all Flannery O'Connor! She has an amazing way with words. Bill Bryson and his quick wit can make learning about anything fun! There are so many more but that's enough for now.

Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies, but I like things like Fight Club and 28 Days Later. I'd go for anything that makes me laugh or think. I love Mel Brooks movies! I like Sci-Fi type stuff like Serenity and MST3K. I do also watch a lot of documentaries, that's always fun.

Shows: Whose Line is it Anyways?, How I Met Your Mother, Firefly, 30 Rock, Archer, Doctor Who, Scrubs, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, it's Always Sunny, NCIS, Psych.

Music: I like Blues, classics like Muddy Waters Howlin' Wolf or John Lee Hooker, and Jazz like Oscar Peterson or Gene Harris, the most. I like rock music throughout the ages, it's all pretty cool.

Food: I love to cook. Anything and everything! I'm really good at it too.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Books, being outside, coffee, a sense of adventure, spending time with friends and family, meditation time.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think a lot about my future, where I am going with life. I also think a lot about the world and what ways I can help it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends mostly. Or staying in and knitting.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a rather open book, I'll usually respond to any question asked.
