I am laid back, genuine, and musical.
My Self-Summary
I play the drums...been playing for four years now
I love reading song lyrics that I can relate to, it helps me cope
with situations that i'm going through, as do the occasional
midnight drives =)
I want to be in a band rather badly at the moment. If you're
interested, let me know.
I like extreme sports such as skateboarding, aggressive inline,
surfing and snowboarding (but i'm a beginner at the last two)
I'm a good listener and a good friend. (so i've been told)
I treat others how I want to be treated; with respect.
I really like to make people laugh and I like helping other's with
problems they're going through.
I'm very grounded, forgiving, and extremely loyal.
Your secrets are always safe with me.
My favorite color is BLUE.
I consider myself to be an adventurous person; I like to go out and
explore, take day trips to cool places and I absolutely MUST take
pictures wherever I go, haha. I love my camera and I love making
memories that I can look back on when i'm older.
Most importantly, what you see is what you get with me. No games,
no acts, just me. I'm a "real" person, as some put it.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm in my last semester at Hofstra studying Psychology. I'm so
happy to finally be graduating and moving out of my house. I'm
officially going to grad school for Industrial/Organizational
Psychology at Baruch College in the city starting this January. So,
my winter break will be spent furniture shopping for my new
apartment. Haha, it sounds awful but i'm just really excited!
I’m really good at
Being myself and not holding back. Take me or leave me. I am weird,
quirky, strange, clumsy, silly, funny and whatever else you want to
call me. But the one thing I can say is that I will not change who
I am for ANYONE. I'm searching for someone who can appreciate my
quirks and sillyness; someone who knows how to laugh/has a good
sense of humor, someone who knows how to have fun, and someone who
at the end of the day just knows not to take life too seriously.
This doesn't mean that I don't have a serious side too. I know when
there's a time for joking and when there isn't.
The first things people usually notice about me
My blue-green eyes or my weird laughs, or my loud nike's. But I
promise, I wear normal shoes too...sometimes.

burger's too often.
The six things I could never do without
1) Orange juice
2) Skateboard
3) Drums
4) Music
5) Good friends/being connected to people
6) Texting
I spend a lot of time thinking about
1) Gender roles in lesbian relationships and why they exist--gender
roles are super outdated and irrelevant, un-necessary, etc. We are
lesbians for a reason; we want to date other women, therefore I do
not believe one girl has to "be the man" and the other has to "be
the woman". I believe in equality and both partners just be
themselves, whatever that is.
2) Happiness set points, how to raise happiness levels, how to
engage in activites that best "fit" me and my strengths, and how to
live a more fulfilling life.
3) What I want in another person. So far, pretty much every person
i've dated has been completely wrong for me.
4) What my life will be like starting in January--who will I meet,
where will I work, where will i live?! lol
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with my awesome friends usually finding something cool to
do...definitely like to explore and take random drives to anywhere.
Otherwise i'll be at home chillen on the couch watching some
movies.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I am telemarketer. I will call you during dinner!! Only if you've
gone to Hofstra.
I say the word "neat". =)
I'm sort of quiet when I first meet people. It takes me a while to
open up, and especially to trust.
And finally, I have a Snoopy obession. I have Snoopy pajamas and I
also have a Snoopy tattoo on my back. Haha.
You should message me if
You're a laid back, genuine, kind person who knows how to laugh and
have a good time.
Controlling, manipulative, mentally unstable, overly dramatic,
immature, mallicious, girls need not apply. Thanks.
